Capital Football are looking for a Federation Development Officer (Club Support Lead) to join the Capital Football team. This is one of two roles currently advertised in this space. The purpose of this role is to be part of the Federation Development team that implements the New Zealand Football Whole of Football Plan for the region covered by Capital Football.

The role entails working within a defined area and involves focussing on the development of structures, systems, and processes to support an improvement in the quality of standards across all areas of the game. A specific focus will include:

• Leading the Capital Football delivery of the NZF Community Coach Education Pathway liaising with key stakeholders to provide a consistent, coordinated regional approach to the development of coaches across the region.
• Leading the Capital Football delivery of the NZF Talent Development Programme, liaising with key stakeholders to provide a consistent, coordinated regional approach to the development of players across the region.
