Capital Football announces 2022 NZF Accredited Talent Development Programme clubs.

These clubs have committed to delivering the best possible experience and long term development for their players, coaches and parents. In doing so they have met the Talent Development Programme Requirements set by New Zealand Football and have automatic entry into the Capital Development Leagues. Significant work and energy has been invested from multiple stakeholders within each club, and today we thank them for their work and look forward to continuing to support them across the 2022 season.

Island Bay United FC

These clubs will also represent the federation in the U17 Central Development League in September to qualify for the National Youth Development League in October.

Capital Football's Talent Lead, Maia Vink, had this to say on the accreditation:

“Each of these clubs has worked incredibly hard over the past three or four years to establish and maintain their Talent Development Programmes. We are excited by the progression each of these programmes are making again this year to deliver quality learning opportunities and exceptional experiences for the players, coaches and parents across the 2022 season.”
