Capital Football seeks Federation Development Officer – Multicultural Communities Lead

Capital Football are looking for a Federation Development Officer – Multicultural Communities Lead to join the team. This is a new role to enhance Capital Football’s connection into priority multicultural communities, whilst working alongside the very successful Football for All Programme.

This role will sit within the federation development team, with a specific focus on multicultural communities including migrant and former refugees, leading engagement, and connecting pathways through accessible programming. The role entails working across diverse communities and involves focusing on community engagement, inclusion, programme delivery, and cultural connection.

The Federation Development Officer – Multicultural Communities Lead role is a full-time position with a desired start date in March 2026. The ideal applicant will have strong experience engaging with multicultural communities, whilst having excellent cultural awareness and empathy for people from all backgrounds.

To succeed and enjoy this role the person will need to be able to cope with various challenging circumstances whilst maintaining positive relationships. A passion for football or sport would also go a long way. They will have effective time management, be able to multi-task and can work under pressure all the while showing professionalism, excellent communication, IT competency, and great organisation. 

Capital Football are a close team, and the person will likely be required to help in other parts of the business as required. The ability to work flexible hours is a must.
