βββββββ1st March 2024 - 30th March 2024
Wow, what an incredible year we had in 2023 with the FIFA Women's World Cup!
Can you believe there has ALREADY been a 25% increase in girls and women playing football in New Zealand from 2022 to 2023! Collectively, we have a fantastic opportunity to introduce new players, coaches, and administrators to the game of football, and the time is now!βββββββ
To help build on this momentum, we're excited to announce the return of our Girls and Women in Football campaign which will run through the entirety of March! Prepare for a month full of festival days, clinics, have-a-go days, webinars, open sessions, coaching and refereeing courses, and a host of other exciting events tailored to celebrate the spirit of our female footballers.
Keep an eye out on our Events Calendar below to see the different Girls' and Women's events and activities that are taking place in Wellington. At these events, you might even be lucky enough to pick up some freebies AND there will be a few special appearances by some Football Ferns and Futsal Ferns along the way - watch this space!
Now get out there, have fun, and invite your mates :)
