Girls and Women in Football Month Begins Next Week!

Capital Football is excited to work alongside clubs, schools and stakeholders with Girls and Women in Football month kicking off nationwide next week for March 2025!

We have several initiatives taking place through the month and we encourage clubs to come on board and join the celebration of getting more girls and women involved in the game. Alongside this we are delighted to have our new Federation Development Officer – Women & Girls Lead, Jenna Reddy hitting the ground running starting with us on Monday 3rd March 2025!

The month of March (and beyond) will be full of festivals, have-a-go days, activations, and a host of other exciting events tailored to promote and celebrate females in the game. Please check out our dedicated website landing page with all the information: www.capitalfootball.org.nz/girls-womens-month
