Capital Football will be hosting the 2018 National Age Group Tournament from 12^th – 16^th December 2018. The five day tournament will bring each of the other six Federations to Wellington to play a full set of fixtures against each relevant age group. The tournament will be an excellent opportunity for all selected players within the New Zealand Football talent space to compete in a development tournament against their peers and in front of National staff who will also be in attendance.

We are excited to have A Licence coach and Team Wellington Youth Head Coach Natalie Lawrence as the head coach for the U16 Boys team for 2018. Natalie will be assisted by Curtis Jones for the duration of term 4 and the tournament.

Capital Football would like to open the opportunity for players born in 2002 to trial to be part of the Capital Football U16 National Age Group tournament team. There will be a one-week trial period before a final selection of 18 players is made on Monday 29^th October.

Trial Dates

• Wednesday 24^th October | 6:30pm – 8:00pm Petone Memorial Park
• Friday 26^th October | 6:30pm – 8:00pm Petone Memorial Park

Training will commence on Wednesday 31^st October and run every Wednesday and Friday at Petone Memorial Park until  7^th December.
